LATE POLICIES

Clients more than 15 minutes late for their appointment will not be serviced and will be charged a 50% fee of their booked service.

We understand that situations occur which is why we kindly ask you to also consider and respect our time. When you are late for an appointment, it also restricts our ability to see another Client on their booked time. Therefore our policies are firm with no exceptions.
